You give everyone in attendance a BINGO card (you can hand make them) and have them fill in the spaces with the baby items they think the mom-to-be will be receiving. As she opens her baby shower gifts have her yell out what it is and whoever has it on their card puts an X over it. And so on and so on. Whoever gets Bingo wins. You can also give the winner a prize.
