Baby Shower Planning

There seems to come a time in every family when there is a boom of births. This also seems to happen with weddings, as it seems that once you get one wedding invitation in the mail there are at least six different ones to follow within the next year. I’m not sure why this is, but it seems to be something that happens in every family. When someone is getting married, you may want to throw them a wedding shower, or if a baby is on the way, you may want to go about planning a baby shower.

Pregnancy can be a very happy time in a couple’s life. There are plans to make to add a new person into the family. When a pregnancy is planned and wanted the nine months is a time of preparation. I am fortunate that my niece’s pregnancy has been waited for with longing and the reports are that the baby is healthy.

One special event that all expectant moms look forward to is the gathering of close friends and family at their baby shower.  It’s a chance for them to be the center of attention and if held after the birth of the baby, everyone invited will get a glimpse of him or her.
